Vitamix Blending Order

The one rule that saves every blend: build from liquid to solid, greens before fruit, so nothing bogs the blades down.

  1. Liquid first — water, lemon juice, aloe gel, juice
  2. Grains — if using
  3. Powders / supplements
  4. Leafy greens — spinach, romaine, watercress
  5. Frozen fruit — always last, keeps it thick and cold

Daily Cleanse Schedule

Morning
Wheatgrass + Lemon Water

2 wheatgrass cubes to start the day, followed by lemon water before anything else.

Throughout the day
Rotating juices & tisanes

Carrot juice (1 cube), lemon + water, water + lemon + ginger, beet juice, and ginger tisane — spaced out rather than all at once.

Midday
Green Juice Blend

Romaine, celery, radish, carrot, raw beet, lemon juice, and aloe vera filet, blended in that order.

Lunch / Dinner
Cooked Vegetable Blend (8–10oz)

Cooked carrots, celery, potatoes, and onion, blended smooth. Salt to taste. The gentlest option on a reset day.
